The hotel had a prime location, just steps away from a subway station, making it very convenient for getting around the city. the staff went above and beyond to assist guests, even helping me communicate with local services and providing a free smartphone with internet access, which was a pleasant surprise.
The hotel's interior felt outdated and in need of renovation. The rooms had a 70's vibe, and the hallway and door carpets added to the dated atmosphere.

The sevice was friendly and very obliging. The buffet breakfast offerd a good selection of both North American and Japanese food. The hotel rooms were very well kept. I appreciated their attention to being green in the disdretion of changing linen and towels. Internet use was good.
I thought the breakfast buffet was a litttle pricey. Paying for use of the internet server and printer was a little downgrading for such a nice hotel. The lounge and fine dining facilities were very expensive

Great Location and Free Smartphone for City Navigation!
During our recent stay at the hotel, one of the standout features was the convenient location. With two metro stations nearby, exploring Tokyo was a breeze. Additionally, the hotel provided each room with a free smartphone equipped with internet access, making city navigation incredibly easy and stress-free. This amenity was a game-changer for us and truly enhanced our overall experience. The comfortable beds and quiet rooms were also a big plus. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and thoughtful amenities.

Perfect for business travelers, because who doesn't love a hotel in a business district, with no interesting places nearby? And let's not forget the joy of paying extra for airport transfer!
Such a shame they didn't include a time machine to match the outdated decor. Brilliant!

The no-smoking room we had was 'really' no-smoking. This is important to me. The staff were all very pleasant, courteous and helpful. I loved the sheets and yukatta which were of great quality - hotel quality, obviously. The location is perfect for almost anywhere in central Tokyo as there is a choice of subway line, just 3 minutes from the hotel.
I always think that hotels of this standard offer breakfasts that are too expensive. Maybe it would be possible to offer a 'continental' breakfast which would be more affordable.

The hotel's location is extremely convenient for those attending events at the Tokyo Dome, as it is close to all rail lines and metro stations. the Limousine bus from Narita airport also stops at the hotel, making it easy for travelers to reach. The proximity to the Imperial Palace Gardens offers a beautiful and serene setting for a walk or a picnic.
Some guests have mentioned that the room service menu has limited options and is quite expensive.

Staff and Services - very good.
Small room. Not allowing flexibility on checkout even as hotel is not fully booked, mid of the week.
